We are a steel trading company located in Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, looking for the right candidate for Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible in set strategies, synergize between sales and operations divisions related to business partner networks and carry out sales activities according to the direction of management with the aim of improving performance and developing business effectively. This position requires strong providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for the company and will closely coordinate and work with the Board of Directors and
senior leadership team.
The position will perform following roles:
- Analyzing the market, compiling sales forecasts and annual budgets and planning sales strategies to improve sales performance
- Synergize sales and operations divisions related to sales strategies so that they can be achieved according to the targets given by management and a certain period
- Integrate, strategize and maintain a network of local and international business partners and develop strategic partnerships to improve sales performance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers to increase customer loyalty.
- Synergize sales and operations divisions to maintain relationships with clients to improve sales-related performance.
- Create strategies, monitor, implement, and evaluate sales activities and negotiations with clients in accordance with sales policies, systems and procedures in order to Improve sales performance.
- Prepare and provide periodic sales reports to management so that all activities are well communicated
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a marketing staff preferably from similar businesses
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written (English is mandatory)
- Expertise in Sales Trading Steel/Building Material/Construction
- Ability to train, develop and manage large executive teams
- Have experience in making strategies related to increasing sales and marketing
- Strategic mindset
- Excellent ability to lead and manage
- Continually drive effective results
- Having experience in government relation will be an advantage
